International Shipping

We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore via City Link Express.

Free Shipping

• Minimum purchase: Rp 100,000
• Applicable to standard domestic shipping only (JNE, J&T, SiCepat, Lion Parcel)
• Does NOT apply to same-day/instant delivery or international shipping

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays)
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays processed the next business day
• Shipping confirmation with tracking number sent once dispatched

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Track directly through the courier's website.

Shipping Address

Lost or Damaged in Transit

1. Contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date
2. We file a claim with the courier
3. Replacement or full refund provided after claim resolution

• Peak seasons (Ramadan, Lebaran, 12.12, etc.) may cause longer delivery times
