Size Exchange (7 Days)
We offer a 7-day size exchange from delivery date.
Conditions:
• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
• All original tags and hangtags must still be attached
• Returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase (order number) required
How to request:

2. Provide order number and desired size
3. We'll provide return address and instructions
4. Ship the item back
Costs:
• Return shipping paid by customer
• We cover shipping for the replacement size
• One free size exchange per order
Damage / Defect Claims (7 Days)
Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a defective or damaged item.
What qualifies:
• Manufacturing defects (loose seams, broken zippers, printing errors)
• Wrong item received
• Significant color bleeding or fabric damage from production
What does NOT qualify:
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage from improper use or washing
• Slight color variations from monitor/screen settings
• Minor thread ends
How to file:
